Struggling to eat at least 1000 kcal's a day

What are the average calories of certain restaurant meals?
Going holiday to turkey in the end of June and was wondering what calories I should count certain restaurant meal as ( seeing as it will be difficult to ascertain the calories in a foreign country) just stuff like steak dinners or (Turkish) hotdogs etc

Worried about loose skin and losing muscle
I've lost just over a stone in about 3 weeks, I'm worried because people are telling me that this rate of weight loss will give me lots of loose skin after and I'm worried about losing muscle ( I'm not sure how it works though I weight lift through the diet too)
