I've been invited to a carvery tommorow but not sure whether to go, can anyone estimate how many calories it might be altogether?

I thought carveries were more or less portion control, why not just moderate what you eat plus make healhier choices as well?

Play about with the database and make up a theoretical meal to see the calories. Only you decide how much you will have.

When I go there I don't get a yorkshire pudding or stuffing ball and i don't get too many potatoes. Also I don't put much/any of the sauces on, it cuts a few calories.

Just get some turkey and loads of veg. When I've been there that's what I've done. I don't get a Yorkshire or stuffing or roast potatoes.

Toby Carvery is in the food database, you just need to estimate your portions.

A quick google shows you all the information is already there, but its just as much how much and what you choose to eat. Just use some common sense.
