I have recently tried to get back on the waggon after last year losing 10lbs i have managed to gain it again :( the problem is.... i go into the kitchen and nibble cereal, jam, cheese triangles, hot chocolate and i just cant stop by the time ive nibbled its lunch time and i have to tell myself to skip it because ive eaten…
my meals consist of chicken or fish and then a HUGE amount of brocolli, sprouts, cabbage and a side of butternut squash.... im begining to wonder is this too much? im only ever satisfied when i am absolutely stuffed :/
