Arm Workouts for Ladies
Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if anyone could give me advice on which arm exercises I should be doing to get rid of the underarm jiggle? I've lost 80 lbs so far and have some lose skin/overall chubby arms and I have not been doing tons of weights, but want to start. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance :)
