Any Kindle Fire Users here?
I am thinking about getting a Kindle Fire but I wonder how well it would work to read a book while outside in the bright sun. Thanks for any comments, feedback etc.

My first weigh in
Well I weighed myself for the first time since I started logging my food intake here. I have lost 5 pounds! I am very happy to see that. I forgot to take any kind of before picture. I guess I should take one sometime today then. Good Luck everyone and keep on working hard at your weight loss.

Measuring Portions of Salad
For those of you who make your own salad how do measure a portion of it? I tend to make a big bowl and it will last the family about 2 - 3 days but I tend to use several "helpings" of it for each meal. Any suggestions on how to get a gauge on how much is there or should I not stress over it? Thanks,
