I honestly just wing it, I eat pretty much the same thing every breakfast, my lunches are similar and then dinner varies. I just work hard to control the snacking so I can hit my daily goal.

Since I am still recovering from injury, I am hoping to get my mileage back above 1000 miles for the year and complete a few races. I need to see what I can afford and what interests me this year!

my plans are working tonight, Hopefully finishing in time to go to my son's flag football game. after that I am not sure. Possibly some yardwork, Finish the book I am currently reading. hopefully watch my calorie intake.

Well I weighed myself this morning and I have taken a step back. It is due to the fact that I pretty much gave up on watching what I was eating all weekend due to the super bowl etc.

I think the whole bouncing scale thing is why it is recommended that you only weigh yourself once a week. Everyday there are things going that could have a small influence on your weight. As long as you stick to your exercise and controlling your eating you will see the weight loss in the long term. Good Luck!
