For anyone on the fence....my 30 day results:

Here is a detailed run down of everything for the past month:

-Consumed alcohol twice, once was soda/vodka the other beer.
-I had two or three cheat days.
-Did p90x for the first three weeks (never did the ab workout, was always too tired), I have had to stop since because school is KILLING me. Also, I did not use their meal plan, I made my own throughout the month.
-Ate 3 times a day.
-Consumed between 15xx and 18xx calories a day, mainly "listening" to my body. If I felt tired or hungry I would eat more.
-Aside from the soda/vodka day I never drank anything more then water, I carry a liter of water (two if i'm biking) around with me I often refill. No juices/gatorade/etc.
-Biked 106 miles (road bike)
-Ran 9 miles (no tread mill)
-Started weighing in the low 250s, but I weighed in on 1/5/12 at 248 and on 2/4/12 I weighed in at 235. Pics were taken 2/8/12 because I forgot to take them.

I am flexing in all of these, and if you look at my side profile it really shows size loss (ie: the before isn't a blown out stomach). Don't laugh too hard at my expressions lol, I am trying to balance my phone on it's side and use a crappy app to take these pictures at 1 am so I started getting frustrated and it shows haha. Anyways, onto the pictures...

Just figured I'd share for those who are on the fence or don't think it's that easy! Put down the sodas and juices, get a bike and eat healthy! :)
