What food would you absolutely not give up?

I can never give up white bread. For the simple reason that it's the only bread I eat and don't like any other bread! But I haven't really given up anything I like that's not 100% healthy. As long as it's in moderation and I'm within my goals for the day and exercising then it's fine0

For me its my sweet tea, I sometimes worry I'm addicted. But I'm cutting way back and I just started mixing half sweet half unsweet so its not so much sugar. My 3 or 4 half and half teas a week are way better than a gallon a day I was drinking.0

Bread. I am seriously in love with bread.0

:drinker: Coffee, more importantly my Mocha and my Hot Dark Chocolate... Nope! Then it would be cheese and potatoes and bread... Haha! The only thing I'm giving up is soda and every now and then I'll have something sweet. Just so my body won't be craving for it always. :laugh:0
