As part of an hour workout a day, so 30 mins weights, 30 mins abs, not really sure what to put the Abs bit down as in myfitnesspal. Anyone else got any recommendations of what to put it in as!? Would be crunches, reverse crunches, planks, bicycles, that kind of thing.
Is it as bad for me as I think it is? Would have one can a day at lunchtime, but is it worth stripping it out if I'm on this diet/exercise thing properly. Have looked it up, but the net is full of contradictions! Thanks. Marc.
