Ab Workouts - What to put down as/calories burned.

As part of an hour workout a day, so 30 mins weights, 30 mins abs, not really sure what to put the Abs bit down as in myfitnesspal.

Anyone else got any recommendations of what to put it in as!?

Would be crunches, reverse crunches, planks, bicycles, that kind of thing.

    Look up Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort in the data base. That should cover it
