classifing different exercises...
i have about 12 different tae-bo workout dvd's. i pick one a day, 5 days a week. there is nothing under the exercise tab on mfp that says tae-bo. the closest thing i see is karate/judo/kickboxing. do you guys think it would be closer to that category, or list it as general aerobics? thanks for your help!

recording exercise...
hi! when you guys record your exercises for the day, do you only record the actual exercise or include other physical activites you did for the day? i.e. grocery shopping, cleaning, etc. these items are listed in the exercise section, but i'm not sure if i should include it while logging everything in for the day. thanks!

eating workout calories?
i'm new to this site, and noticed lots of people talking about eating their "workout calories". what in the heck are they talking about? i work out a ton, and am on a 1200 cal diet. after i punch in my exercise, it says i have earned about 1100 extra calories, even after i punch in my food intake for the whole day. what…
