Any T25 groups/people out there?
Any T25 motivation groups/people out there? I already have the program & am not looking for a coach but I'm interested in joining any groups for motivation that are available. I'm in week 4 & having good success so far I just don't want to quit & my challenge group is ending soon. I'm a little worried about Beta round. :)

Meal suggestions for low carb/high protein please
The meal plan I am following right now calls for low carb/high protein every other day with the exception of breakfast which you can have carbs. Any meal suggestions for this? I don't want to eat the same thing every day. Ideas for when I have to eat out at take out type places would be helpful too.

Struggling with fatigue & how many calories I should eat
I'm struggling with fatigue lately & how many calories I should be getting. I'm 5'6" & about 137 lbs give or take depending on the day. I'm trying to tone up/lose weight after having a baby about 10 months ago. I'm also breastfeeding. I'm running about 3 days a week training for a May marathon. My scale has me at 31% body…
