Anyone else following Chris Powell's Choose to Lose?

I've been doing it since Wednesday & it's going well so far. I'm eating healthier & so far have been doing well. I'm interested in hearing others experiences. For those that haven't read the book you are basically eating whole foods 5 times a day. You eat protein with healthy fat one day (low carbs) & protein with carbs the next day. Cardio on carb days & short strength workouts on low carb days.
