Does anyone have a good running/insanity schedule? I am looking to keep my endurance up after my half marathon, but also want to work on shedding some lbs/inches via Insanity. I can't seem to find any schedules have any of you out there done Insanity + Running?
I'm working on planning my meals for this week; Looking to try some new recipes any ideas? I'm basically a pescetarian who will eat turkey and chicken occasionally. Even if you have a beef recipe I can find a way to substitute. Please share!
