Search google with "paleo" or "primal" recipes and you'll find TONS of sites!

there are lots of good websites, some of my favorites are gluten free goddess, gluten free on a shoestring, and gluten free girl and the chef. Also www.365crockpot.com, her recipies are gluten free.

I bought the allergy free cookbook by Alice Sherwood and love that.

Be careful of gluten free substitute products, sometimes they are nutritionally low and high in fat/sugar/preservatives. Better off learning to do your own baking and cook from scratch.

My MFP blog has only gluten free recipes. I have been gluten free for about three years and cook simply but yummily. (Is that a word?) Also I just posted a new thread asking people to list their fave and not so fave gluten free products.. I think it is on the second page if anyone has something to add to my list.

Thread on Food and Nutrituion Message Board is: Fave and Not So Fave Gluten Free Products

Enjoy and feel to message if I can help in any way.

    Enjoy:flowerforyou:

I made banana pancakes yesterday...simple and so good. 2 eggs and 1 banana mash it all up and cook on griddle about 3 minutes one first side and 2 on back

I have made a few of the recipes from this blog http://healthylifehappycook.com/ and they were delicious. The roasted strawberry overnight oats, was quick, easy and kept me full and energized until lunch. I have been GF for three years now and have found subs for almost everything. Also for the GF pastas, I have found that quinoa pasta tastes the best!
