Frustration
Using the Furhman and Hyman diets (along with going gluten free), in addition to 5 to 6 days of exercise (spin, circuit training), I was able to go from 167 to 133 pounds. Then after 9 months, I burnt out: stopped tracking in myfitnesspal and started slipping on the diet and stopped all exercise. Back to 144 pounds :(

Setback
I started myfitness pal in Feb 2009 at 157 pounds. I got to 147 pounds by the summer time with a combination of spinning/running and diet control via the website. But after my wife delivering her baby, we stopped eating healthy getting enough sleep and exercised. Back up to a personal max of 165 pounds. What a set-back :(
