hungry all the time
I'm really struggling with this diet I'm hungry all the time and always go over my allowance but I sent put weight on and I don't lose anything. I'm starting to really lose my motivation I don't know what else to do.

Hello I need a little clarification on this one. I have a goal of 1200 calories a day.B But I exercise loads burning between 200 and 600 plus calories a day.
