How many calories should I eat
Okay so I have another question for you. MFP says I should eat 1200 cals a day I thought that wasn't enough so I put my goal at 1400 cals a day. But since i workout about 50 mins a day and burn about 300-400 cals it always says my daily goal is 1700-1800. I can't eat that much in a day on my current diet should i increase…

There was an article that I was reading the other night on Dr. Oz website that you should eat only 20 gms of fat and 100 gms of carbs a day along with your reduced calories depending on teh size you wanted to weigh. Supplements?
I just joing MFP and Im excited about all the new information on my fingertips. Ive working out and counting calories for a few weeks with some success. Thinking about adding a fat burning supplement to my diet. Does anyone have any recommendations for a safe supplement??
