I have found good recipies on Cooking Light.com and Martha Stewart.com ( light and healthy section). Also I like to have a drink now and then too so I stick to red wine. its good for your heart and doesn't leave me wanting more. I keep my intake to one or two glasses.

I would get in an extra workout before you go... Then set a plan. Maybe limit the quanity stay away from fatty dips and chips stick to protien items like wings and meatballs etc. Then only eat a few of those. Yes is achieveable. I would do what the other poster said and add viatmins, Chronium and B12. Also drink alot of green tea.

You should go to Ann taylor Loft they have up to size 18 and they are good for if you are transitional you aren't quite plus size but you have curves. Ann taylor may also be a good choice.
