Okay so I have another question for you. MFP says I should eat 1200 cals a day I thought that wasn't enough so I put my goal at 1400 cals a day. But since i workout about 50 mins a day and burn about 300-400 cals it always says my daily goal is 1700-1800. I can't eat that much in a day on my current diet should i increase my calories to make sure I meet my daily goal of 1700 or just leave it alone. I have experience some success in teh past 4 weeks but I don't want my body to get use to this and stop performing for me. I would think whats the point of the excercise if I am just gonna eat the additional 300 calories a day?? Am I wrong??? and Please be nice :)

Yes you are wrong. Have MFP re figure your calories again and dont adjust them. Then when you burn 300-400 Calories eat back what it tells you.

Your caloric needs should determine your diet. your diet should not determine your caloric needs. Why cant you eat 1700-1800 Calories? Did you have Gastric Bypass surgery?

Thanks! Wew! I will have them recalculate my caloric intake. I didn't have any type of surgery I just find I am not that hungry most of the time. I guess I feel that if I had 1700 calories it would be too much for me . I dont know I guess its in my head. I really feel like I eat more now on this plan then I did when I wasn't watching my diet. So anyway, thanks for the advice and congrats on the 87 lbs lost. That is about waht I have to loose 72 more lbs in order to hit my target so I have a long journey to go but I am excited to find this site to help me get there. It is full of helpful information :)

Just another quick note. Sometimes MFP estimates caloric burns a little high. Most people do a mix of eating back all or up to 75% of the calories they burn.
