So, this is my second week using map faithfully and tracking everything. The first week I lost.8 and this week I lost .2 . I am doing the 30 day shred, and I am noticing in my clothes that they are looser in the legs , should I worry about the scale, or just go with the flow and see how things pan out in a couple weeks?…

NSV first but small
I bought some pajamas that were tighter in the stomach/butt area. I put them on tonight and they are looser. I didn't notice it straight away, until I was talking to my husband and bent over to pet the dog and didn't feel like I was gonna bust the butt lol happy girl today
