light/moderate cleaning-what do you include?
I've just finished cleaning from top to bottom, vaccuming, dusting, mopping, polishing, tidying etc. I've counted all this as light/moderate cleaning, but what do you count as light cleaning as opposed to heavy vigorous cleaning? Kx

How to calculate mmaintenance cals?
I'm less than a pound away from my original goal, although I've decided to loose a few more lbs once I reach it, so I'm not done dieting just yet.
