Any UK Slimfasters?

Hi all, I've been doing the Slimfast 3-2-1 plan for a few months now, and the last few weeks I've been using MFP to help track my calories as well. I thought it would be nice to find some buddies that are also on the plan. How mny of us are there?

    Yes i do Slimfast only just started doing it in the last week. I love MFP cant wait for it to be avaliable on Blackberry. So you have done really well.

    Hi sjd200 I love MFP too, its made a big difference to my SF diet, I had a few wobbles before I found this site but listing all my food for the day make it much easier to stick to. How much are you looking to loose?

    Anyone else?
