I know that alcohol intake is a tough topic when trying to lose weight. I still drink a glass of wine a couple of times a week. How do you wine lovers do?!? :bigsmile:
I made excellent food choices today, and I am amazed at how much food I got to eat! A salad with, my healthy lunch and supper, then additional veggies and fruit with all meals also; it makes such a difference! I still had some calories left to eat a handful of grapes after my workout! Wow!
