Why isn't this scale moving!!
I've been doing this for a while and staying under 1,000 Calories a day and the scale is slowly moving! I'm also working out should I lower my daily caloric intake to 800?? Most of the time I have left over Calories. I feel like I'm working for nothing! :( Is this going on with anyone else?

Very dizzy and sick after exercising???
Hey guys, I haven't worked out in a while now and was wondering if any one else gets dizzy and feels sick after exercising?? It's almost like your car sick. what foods do I need not to eat
I know some foods have more calories fat ect. but as long as I stay under the calorie intake ect. on my chart do I have to give up the foods I love inorder to lose weight as long as I stay in my range on the food chart?::indifferent:
