snack at night
Ive always heard that it bad to eat anything after 8pm but I was wondering if that true if I grab a snack like a apple or orange?

a good chicken with teriyaki
So I came up with a great chicken with teriyaki recipes. I use oragnic chicken and cut them into bite size pieces and then use 2 TPBS of low sodium teriyaki sauce and mix it in with my chicken and bell peppers and put it on top of whole wheat egg noodles and it is sooo good

skipping Breakfast?
So I eat breakfast about 3 times a week. (normally a clif bar or oatmeal) will it hurt me in my weight loss to skip the other 4 days? My day doesn't start to around 10 on the other 4 days and i eat lunch around 11 and the 3 days I do eat Breakfast the day starts around 8 for me.

So I'm about 165 right now and I want to be around 115. so I wanna try and lose about 45 pounds, is that doable with about 1400 cal intake?

starting weight lost
So I'm about 165 right now and I want to be around 115. so I wanna try and lose about 40 pounds, is that doable with about 1400 cal intake a day and starting out with 15 mins of working out a day. is there anything I need to do or lesson my cal intake?. this is my 2 weeks on it and I want to make sure i'm doing things…
