starting weight lost

So I'm about 165 right now and I want to be around 115. so I wanna try and lose about 40 pounds, is that doable with about 1400 cal intake a day and starting out with 15 mins of working out a day. is there anything I need to do or lesson my cal intake?. this is my 2 weeks on it and I want to make sure i'm doing things right so I can see the weight lost.. any tips would be helpful.. Thank you
