I don't know what to do at the gym?
I have been working out for almost two weeks now and I am already getting bored. I am trying to think of it as a job and something I have to just do but I just don't know what to do at the gym. I vary between half an hour strength and half an hour cardio. Just curious what everyone does? I'm sure it's been asked before…

Does anyone eat whatever they want just within calories?
I know I would probably lose more faster if I didn't do this but I eat whatever I want just stay under my calories is that ok? Does anyone else do this? I feel like if I don't eat what I want I give up early and easier.

Teach me to eat healthy and what are macros?
I don't think I know how to eat healthy or what I should and shouldn't be eating. Can anyone help? What are your typicals meals? What do you avoid? I'm on a 1680 plan and I'm starting to run three days a week and walk atleast two. Any advice?
