How to get rid of some of the "frequent" food on the database
When I try and enter food, the list of 'frequent' foods is pages long, so it's not much use. How do I get rid of the some of the food listed, that I don't use?

When to record weight
I weigh in the morning, but I do not record here - only Monday's weight. Should I record if I go up in weight? Or just wait until I drop to less than what is already recorded?

mixed greens...
Does anyone know -- when it says "mixed greens..." can you add extra virgin olive oil to the greens, or do you eat them dry? I remember reading somewhere you can mix the evoo with some herbs and that's your dressing, but not sure where/when Thanks
