To distract me from eating snacky foods in a evening I have now started doing my nails or pedicures/facials while watching a girlie movie while drinking more water to feel full. Replacing food with something that makes me feels good.
Ive been under few invesigations with the dr this last few weeks and I had some more bloods done and find that my diabetes (which I didnt believe I had) has got worse and now I am on tablets. My cholesterol is too high so now on a statin medication.. and I have high blood pressure so now on a BP tablet. Not good for…
