Scary results from GP

Ive been under few invesigations with the dr this last few weeks and I had some more bloods done and find that my diabetes (which I didnt believe I had) has got worse and now I am on tablets. My cholesterol is too high so now on a statin medication.. and I have high blood pressure so now on a BP tablet. Not good for someone that is 38. This is serious now.... and my weight needs to go down. anyone wants to help me will be gratefully received and Id like to be there for you guys too... Good luck and i am happy to be befriended by anyone so we can do this together
