TS help: Can't connect C25K to MFP
I hit 'Connect', and all that happens is I get redirected to the iTunes store. I have the app on my phone as well as MFP, but every time I try to connect the two apps together nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I have tried in the past to drink green juice 1-2x/day because of its immense health benefits, but I cannot find/make any green juice/smoothie recipe that doesn't make me want to be sick on the spot. Anyone have any suggestions or recipes that have worked for you in the past?

Running + HRM = ?
For long distance running, is HRM useful or not useful? Interested in training with HRM but it's not worth the money if I use it twice as a novelty and never again. What has your experience been with running distance and HRM training?
