Only 5'2'' & 161lbs...New on here & need help...
I am a single mom with a 3yr old boy & I am 5'2". I started here in January 2012 at 166lbs. I am now down to 161lbs...Yay me!! But I am losing so slowly & having trouble getting motivated to exercise. Would love to know how to tell what body type I am also (Apple, Pear, Etc) under all of this flab. Any advice on how to get…
