Eating well within my calories but gaining weight
I've been eating 3 healthy meals a day with 1-2 snacks in between. I've also been walking more than what I used to (I walk 5-6k steps a day versus the 1500-2000 steps I used to do). Where is my net supposed to be?
So I'm looking at my log and my net is under 1000 since I've exercised and burned about 500 calories today. I'm at losing 1 1/2 a week and I'm supposed to eat 1500 a day but I'm unsure what is a good number for my net amount
