Just finished Dr. Wayne Dyer's book, "Excuses Begone!". I highly recommend it to all. It delves into the reasons and excuses we make. I have been a Taoist for some time, and found his other books regarding the Tao highly insightful. I also found it on Audible.com, and listened to it (about 7 hrs) on trips I have taken.…

14 lbs in a month!!!
I couldn't believe it!!! I stepped on the scale this morning, to see what my weight loss was for the one month anniversary on this program, and I've lost 14 lbs.!! 22 more to go...

WoooHooooo....an incredible week
I started MFP last Tuesday, and after just one week, I couldn't believe the results!!! 6 lbs in one week!!! From starting weight of 236 to 230!!!
