Been sick, in starvation mode, how do I get out??
I've been sick for a week and unale to eat a lot, around 500-800 calories per day. I haven't lost any weight, but I know my body is in starvation mode now. How can I transition out of this in the next week, to get back to my normal 1400 cals per day, without gaining weight?
