No one has said JLO!!! But my body type would never allow me to look this way :(

I would consider my joints "young and healthy" (:P) and I find 30DS to be really tough on my knees! They have been sore after the workouts. It's a little too high impact i think. Don't know myself if I'll keep going with it. Hope you recover soon and find something that works better for you!!

Can I asked what type of diet and exercise you did? Wow congrats you look absolutely stunning and skinny!!
-
Are you kidding me??? Your body is rockin. Great job, congrats on all the hard work!!

So here are my Level 1 Results. I haven’t done any other exercise consistently alongside 30DS. Lost half an inch off my tummy, and lost half a lb. Not a lot. Can you see any difference in the pics??? I’m hoping for more visible results in the next 2 levels.

I brought this up with my registered dietician, and she said that there actually isn't a recommended daily intake for sugar. As long as its coming from natural sources like fruits it's not really a problem. If you're eating cotton candy, chocolate bars, etc that is a problem. I stopped tracking sugar too. After a homemade…

1/3 of the way done!! Any visible progress??

So I had some of their crackers today and guess what? Exactly like u guys said... Feeling the results of high-fibre! Good thing my husband is going out with the boys tonight :P

I do . I have my lifestyle set to sedentary, as I'm mostly sitting on my butt studying. So anything I do other than walking I log. Plus we are slobs so I have to clean a lot!!

In the morning before you get out of bed, stretch out your arches. You can also freeze a water bottle or golf ball and roll your foot on it for 10-15 minutes at the end of the day when you get home. This might help with the pain. If it doesn't get better I'd see a doctor, it might be plantar faciitis.

I used to be pretty uptight about keeping my calories on track for the DAY. But then I started thinking more in terms of the WEEK. Some days I'm way under due to lots of exercise. I try and have my weekly average be what I focus on now.

This thread's OP deactivated her account :(. Boo. Oh well, keep up the hard work and commitment to all who are still here! Can't wait to see all your before/after pics!!

Day 7 done. I can see how people might lose motivation getting to the end of level 1. Gotta stick with it!!

My doctor is probably 75-100 lbs overweight. But he's a great doctor. He is so clear with me and doesn't treat me like an idiot. I just wish he'd stop prescribing me expensive meds because I have no coverage!!L

I made a new salad for dinner last week... I (majorly) adapted it from this recipe: http://www.foodiecrush.com/2012/03/craving-chinese-chicken-salad-with-sesame-dressing/ It was romaine, cooled pasta (make it a small amount if you're a carb-phobe) with slivered almonds, avocado slices, and shredded chicken. Dressing was a…

I love all these things. Good choices for your imaginary cheat day :P
-
I would definitely have a 2% latte of some kind from Starbucks, a chocolate bar, and a beef dip sandwich, Thai food, or pizza :) Honestly, I would find it hard to eat all those things in one day. I do more of a cheat meal once a week than a full day.

L1D4 complete! Is anyone seeing/feeling any results yet? Other than being sore, I'm finding level 1 is getting a bit easier each time.
-
Oh my gosh, the side lunges are killer for me too! My adductors are so sore!
-
Hi! There's a group who have started together in the last few days... Over here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/711359-30ds-starting-8-19-join-me I just finished my day 2 workout. I know what you mean, the first time I did it I was shocked at how weak I felt. And I'm sore, really sore. But day 2 was surprisingly…

I've only done 2 days of level 1, and yeah I can see what you're saying. But for me I realize it's only 30 mins of my day, and at least I can gauge how much time I have left by the repetitiveness (?) of it. I kind of like that. You've only got like 25 days left, and after that hopefully you'll have the results you wanted,…

L1 D2 complete. A lot easier than D1 for me. Interesting.

PS. If anyone wants to add me as a friend please do!

I've done 1 day of level 1 so far. I'm a bit behind you guys but I'm in! My quads, adductors, and biceps are really sore today. I thought I was in good shape since I do the gym 4 days a week, but I definitely haven't been pushing myself because I found this workout got really hard about 7 minutes in! Anyone else really…

Thanks everyone who gave great info and advice. I'll be trying these things. Not so much to the people with condescending one-liners.
