Maintenance feels weird!
I'm very happy to have lost 20 pounds. At first, 1,200 calories was really difficult, but now I'm used to it. Do I seriously get to eat the extra calories AND eat back my exercise calories? This seems like TONS of food.

Since I've started tracking what I eat, I've realized that I probably don't get enough Potassium. I'd like to, as I know it's important for muscle performance.
