Choosing a HR Monitor

Hey all! I've been looking for a heart rate monitor on Amazon lately, and they all seem to get mixed to poor reviews. I was wondering if I could get some more direct reviews from the folks on here, as I know consumer sites can be biased by bad reviews (who bothers to write up a lot of good reviews?). I'm on a student budget and I'd like to get something not bulky, as I have tiny hands and wrists. I'd prefer something easy to use, and it would ideally have enough water resistance for me to swim in it for a half an hour or so. Suggestions greatly appreciated!
