Do you workout when you are sick?
I'm not feeling that great today (nauseous) and I'm feeling very conflicted. Do I go to that workout class after work or go home and rest? What does everyone else do when they don't feel well?

What day of the week do you "weigh-in"?
I have found lately that Wednesdays seem to have the best results. Mostly because I do not count calories on weekends. What has worked for you? --Barbie
