Easy Pumpkin Muffins
Just wanted to share this recipe that I found online 1 box (15.25oz/432g) of Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix 1 can (15oz/425g) of Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Combine both ingredients, batter will be thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. I used cupcake pans and it made 18 cupcakes. Each cupcake/muffin is 141 calories

This is so sad a lady who was pregnant was murdered while on a morning run. Sad that she lost her life and now 3 small kids no longer have a mother & more disgusting that you cannot even go on a simple run these days without worrying about being killed. I am on W6 & just finished D2. I have not had the need to drink something so far, but I wondering if I should start carrying some water since the runs will be getting longer. Do any of you carry water when on your runs?

Anyone using the wii for exercise?
I want to add variety to my workouts & want to stay motivated. I am currently doing Couch to 5k & on my rest days I do the 30 Day Shred. I want to also try some type of dance exercise games for Wii.
