Hello! I just got out of a relationship and I'm trying really hard, but I just can't seem to stop comfort eating. I'll start the day out fine, but at night I just will eat whatever comes to mind. So I'm looking for friends to help keep me accountable. :)
My favorite hot breakfast is to take: 1 egg 1 English Muffin Cheese Place the egg in a coffee cup, microwave for 30-45 seconds, listening to make sure it doesn't overheat.
