I get so tired of eggs and miss oatmeal/cream of wheat. This is a good compromise: 3/4 cup boiling water, add 3 tbs flaxseed meal, slowly add 1 tbs chia seed while stirring so it won't clump. Add 1 tbs coconut oil (optional) and whatever spices you like. I add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a little Splenda. The longer it…
