To all my mfp friends, please invest in a heart rate monitor. I didn't realize how important they are until today. The curves computer said I burned 1031 calories. My hrm said......311!!!! So I started this entire process at 199 lbs (after two babies 14 months apart) and am now down to 135.2 and in a healthy range for my bmi for the first time in over 2 years.
