Measured today. WoW! An inch off my neck (1.5"total!) .5" off waist (5" total!) .5" off hips (3" total!) And last but not least, one not listed in MFP database, 3.5" melted off the gut! (naval area, lol) W00T!

There was a suspicious area on my body that I noticed a few days ago. I have been inspecting and pondering on it for a few days. Then I noticed, OH NO, its on both sides! Taking a closer look today, I was hit with a revelation: They are oblique muscles!! :-D
