If you keep your TDEE at 2225 you'll lose about 1.6 pounds per week.

I'd aim for 1 pound lost per week--a 500 calorie deficit and eat 1725. That will allow you to feel less deprived and stick it out for the long run! good luck.0

I dont feel deprived at 1240. I just keep reading thats low. Some days I struggle to eat that much!0
