TDEE = 2225

BMR = 1389

I dont know how much to eat!

I am SO confused!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!

    Eat your BMR...1400 calories per day. That will give you plenty of calories for nutrition and all of your activity will go toward burning fat. You also won't need to be concerned with measuring your energy output. No confusion there, huh? Simple.

    If you keep your TDEE at 2225 you'll lose about 1.6 pounds per week.

  • I'd aim for 1 pound lost per week--a 500 calorie deficit and eat 1725. That will allow you to feel less deprived and stick it out for the long run! good luck.

    I dont feel deprived at 1240. I just keep reading thats low. Some days I struggle to eat that much!
