i'm 5'6 weight: 143 Waist- 28 Waist with belly button-31.5 Butt-40 L bicep-11 R bicep-11 R thigh-23.5 L thigh-23.5 Under bra 30.5 R calf-15.5 L calf-15.5 R ankle-9.5 L ankle-9.5 you dont have to do all that i have but i just want to see what everyone is at and what i should aim for!!

bananas good or bad for weightloss?
i usually have about 2 or 3 a day because i love them so much but realized they are really high in carbs...am i eating too many a day? i've heard they are bad for weightloss and also heard that they are good...help please!

Ripped in 30 results?
i did 30DS but injured myself on day 9 of level 2 and since i dont want to restart it i figured i'd just move on to ripped in 30.. i tried looking to see peoples results from doing it but couldnt find any pictures..anyone who has success stories and pictures, or either?!(:
