    Im trying to get down to 130lbs ... preferably a 26 waist... (what i really want to do is get rid of my love handle and big bootiy!!) ive come to realization though i really need to start targeting my body fat % or so i think... ive lost about 40lbs in the past year and a half... and its moving so slowing now... so im gonna start weight training and see if that help... because in the past ive done mostly cardio... with a lot of hiking... and elliptical stuff... these last 15-20lbs are gonna be brutal :)
  • Bump for tomorrow! Will be taking before pictures/measurements tomorrow before my run! Time to get back into this.

    It would be dreamy if I could squat a few inches some of my hips somewhere else. Dear mother nature, why didn't you chuck all the jiggly bits up in my boobalishiousness. Values taken in the morning before food. There are fluctuations of course.
