Im trying to get down to 130lbs ... preferably a 26 waist... (what i really want to do is get rid of my love handle and big bootiy!!) ive come to realization though i really need to start targeting my body fat % or so i think... ive lost about 40lbs in the past year and a half... and its moving so slowing now... so im gonna start weight training and see if that help... because in the past ive done mostly cardio... with a lot of hiking... and elliptical stuff... these last 15-20lbs are gonna be brutal0 -
