Ripped in 30 results?

i did 30DS but injured myself on day 9 of level 2 and since i dont want to restart it i figured i'd just move on to ripped in 30..
i tried looking to see peoples results from doing it but couldnt find any pictures..anyone who has success stories and pictures, or either?!(:

there is a lot of groups and topic/post here on MFP. Put Jillian Micheals, 30 Day Shred or Rip in 30. I just started 30 Day Shred and only did 2 days so far of level 10

Hi. I had great results from both 30DS and Ripped in 30, though I enjoyed 30DS much more. I did 2 rounds of 30DS, followed by 2 rounds of Ri30 and I'm now back to my third round of 30DS. Ri30 is much harder on your body, especially your knees, so if you felt 30DS caused you injury, I would be weary. I had no issues doing the Shred, and got very sore knees from Ripped. They both do great things for your body though. 30DS I felt targeted my upper body much more and Ripped toned down my bum & thighs more.

Doesn't look like a big difference - I only lost 1lb, but I felt SO much leaner and stronger when I finished. I may have had better results if I didn't take a break for a week due to tapering for a swim meet.0 -
