feeling shakey from not enough fat grams?
I don't know if this is why I feel so shakey..I don't seem to be eating enough fat grams, always wayyy below daily goal. But how to consume more fat grams while keeping calorie intake at daily goal? I'm weak and shakey and I felt fine doing this for over a month now..confused!! PLEASE HELP!

"Soda" recipe
I use berry sparkling mineral water, a few drops of Stevia,( I like the Vanilla flavored Stevia) a few shakes of ground Ginger and stir over ice. This tastes exactly like cream soda! NO CALORIES!!

workout calories..to eat or not to eat?
I thought the 500 cal. I burn should NOT be eaten, so that I actually would be burning them, not eating them up..isn't that how weight is lost? If you eat them how would you lose the weight?

FAT GRAMS..SUPPOSED to eat ALL?
I am on 1230 cal. goal, with 41 fat grams as goal. I never eat all the goal fat grams, started feeling shakey and not well. Hurried up and ate peanuts and an oz. of 2% cheese and felt better. I don't know how to eat more fat grams and keep the total cal. at 1230...HELP! Is it important to try to eat ALL the fat grams in…
